This type of mango pudding would generally be served for dessert at chinese restaurants. I’m even more stoked when you can get the mango pudding for free instead of the tong siu hahaha

Easy peasy lunch for my spicy lovers out there. You can add this jalapeño and garlic sauce to rice, protein or anything for a burst of flavor. If you don’t have knorr seasoning, your favorite soy sauce also works great!

My first time catching a fish and getting to cook it. Super grateful for this experience and so proud of Theo for catching like 10+ halibut. Don’t worry we only took home 3 halibut, 1 cod, 2 salmon and adhered to the fish regulations 🥰Thanks for all your suggestions on how we should cook the fish! Chinese style and sushi was the top ways to cook it and Chinese style (ginger, scallions and hot oil) won ◡̈
