12 courses and perfectly paired wine = happy tummy! Booked through @exploretock, we couldn't be happier with our experience at @bellobysandro's Chef's Table! We were scraping every last drop throughout the 12 courses. I highly recommend snagging a seat at Bello’s to experience Chef Zach’s intimate dinner and beverage pairing before it’s sold out! Who else has food quality time as their love language?

Tock has such a wide range of culinary-based experiences ranging from wineries to sushi omakase, definitely something for everyone. We can't wait to try out more local restaurants and to-go options like Asuka’s Japanese Kaiseki on @exploretock.

Winter melon & tomato soup is a staple in all Chinese households and the taste will definitely bring back mom’s cooking.

Some Cantonese foods are hard to find in restaurants. Especially the simple dishes (like this dong gua soup) that I ate as a kid are not available for purchase ANYWHERE. In 2021, I lived with my parents and grandma to learn all the dishes that I loved as a kid. We filmed and recorded our recipes so we can continue our Chinese food traditions for many generations to come.

Snow skin moon cakes for the upcoming mid autumn festival! Mid-Autumn Festival is on the 15th day of the 8th lunary month which always has a full moon. This year it falls on September 10 🌕
the snow skin moon cakes have a mochi like exterior with custard and strawberry as the yolk! This style is more westernized and ‘lighter’ than the traditional Chinese mooncake.

This is my go-to easy chinese meal! There’s no recipe for this, just wanna share something my grandma and parents would cook for me when I was a kid. All you gotta do is add chinese sausage and chinese uncured bacon into your rice cooker. Fluff up your rice and serve with green onions and leafy vegetables!

Also if you know me in real life, this song would be my theme song or what would be playing in my head when I’m doing my day to day activities 😂
