We were scraping every last drop throughout the 12 courses. I highly recommend snagging a seat at Bello’s to experience Chef Zach’s intimate dinner and beverage pairing before it’s sold out! Who else has food quality time as their love language?

Tock has such a wide range of culinary-based experiences ranging from wineries to sushi omakase, definitely something for everyone. We can't wait to try out more local restaurants and to-go options like Asuka’s Japanese Kaiseki on @exploretock.

Winter melon & tomato soup is a staple in all Chinese households and the taste will definitely bring back mom’s cooking.

Some Cantonese foods are hard to find in restaurants. Especially the simple dishes (like this dong gua soup) that I ate as a kid are not available for purchase ANYWHERE. In 2021, I lived with my parents and grandma to learn all the dishes that I loved as a kid. We filmed and recorded our recipes so we can continue our Chinese food traditions for many generations to come.
