Ingredients

  • 1 Chapaghetti Instant Ramen
  • 1 Neoguri Instant Ramen
  • ½ Chapaghetti Instant Packet
  • ½ Neoguri Instant Packet
  • 2-3 garlic cloves sliced
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ green onion sliced
  • ½ rib cap or filet mignon sliced in cubes
  • ½ tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon sugar
  • ½ tablespoon oyster sauce
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut beef in 1 inch cubes. Marinate with soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  • Cut garlic in thin slices and fry garlic in oil on medium heat. Keep stirring the garlic until its golden. Set garlic chips aside.
  • Fry the marinated beef in the garlic oil for 2 minutes on medium high heat. The beef will be medium cooked. Then set aside.
  • Cook both instant ramen in boiling water until noodles are tender. Strain most of the water. Leave very little water (3-4 tbs) in the pot and add half of both seasoning packets. Personally, adding all of the seasoning in both of the packets is too salty for me.
  • Add all the veggie packets from the instant ramen and stir well until all the sauce is incorporated in the noodles. Then add your beef back in.
  • Top the instant ramen with the garlic chips and sliced green onions. Hope you enjoy!
