Hong Kong French Toast

Peanut butter french toast with condensed milk on top.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of white bread
  • peanut butter
  • slice of butter
  • condensed milk used as a topping

egg batter

  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Make egg batter by mixing one egg, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until no egg white is showing.
  • Add peanut butter to two slices of white bread. Put bread together and soak in egg batter on both sides.
  • On medium heat, add slice of butter and fry toast on both sides until golden.
  • Top with condensed milk and enjoy with some milk tea. Hope you enjoy!
