Hong Kong French Toast
Peanut butter french toast with condensed milk on top.

- 2 slices of white bread
- peanut butter
- slice of butter
- condensed milk used as a topping
egg batter
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Make egg batter by mixing one egg, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Mix until no egg white is showing.
Add peanut butter to two slices of white bread. Put bread together and soak in egg batter on both sides.
On medium heat, add slice of butter and fry toast on both sides until golden.
Top with condensed milk and enjoy with some milk tea. Hope you enjoy!
