Chili Oil Toast with Prosciutto and Brie
Crunchy toast with soft brie cheese and prosciutto. Drizzle some chili oil and its magical!

- 1 french baguette alternatively use bread of choice
- 3-5 ounces prosciutto or sopressata
- 2 tablespoons fruit jam of choice apricot, raspberry, ume plum work well!
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- 1-2 tablespoons chili oil
- asian pickles (optional)
Take out brie from the refrigerator and let it sit in room temperature for at least 10-15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Slice baguette in ½ thick slices. Place on a baking sheet and bake until browned and toasted. This takes about 5-7 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of fruit jam (you can use apricot, ume plum, or raspberry) on the toast.
Slice the brie. Place a slice of brie on the toast.
Then, roll the proscuitto or sopressata and place on top of brie.
Drizzle a little bit of honey on top of the toast. Then, drizzle your favorite chili on top. Serve with some asian pickles! Hope you enjoy!
