Wontons
- 1 pound ground pork
- 6-8 shrimp peeled and de-veined
- 1 green onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil light olive oil or any neutral oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 egg
- 1 pack wonton skins
- 3-6 cups water to boil wontons
- 3-4 sprigs cilantro for garnish
- roasted sesame seeds for garnish
Spicy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot chili oil Lao gan ma or your own chili oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves minced finely
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
