The easiest 5 minute Jalapeno & Garlic sauce for your rice, noodles, meat, and eggs. My grandma made this for me when I was younger and I would add on everything. It is the perfect side dish and requires no cooking skills!
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED FOR YOUR JALAPENO & GARLIC SAUCE:
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 jalapeno
- ¼ cup corn oil
- 1 tbs knorr liquid seasoning or maggi seasoning (can sub with soy sauce too!)
STEPS TO MAKE THE STUFFED JALAPENOS:
- Roughly chop garlic and slice jalapeno. Take out the seeds if you like it less spicy.
- Heat pan to high for a few minutes until you see smoke. Add ¼ cup corn oil or avocado oil. Once its really hot, turn off the fire. Add garlic immediately.
- Once garlic is golden, add jalapeno and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add 1 tbs knorr liquid seasoning and mix together. Put this on noodles, rice, eggs, chicken, ramen, anything and its sooo delicious!
